Dr Yao Huang 

Dr Yao Huang is a member of the SWERI data support and research team. Yao focuses on emergency medicine research based on medical records. Her research background and interests are physiological signal processing and modelling, machine learning application in medical information and multi-sensor platforms, and control strategy of rehabilitation robotics. Yao is also involved in activities of assembling complex datasets that meet research requirements. She supports different researchers and research groups on data-driven initiatives based on the data warehouse via setting up data pipelines for automatically collecting and cleaning data from various medical data sources in SWSLHD.
